Adding bellydance to your event instantly elevates the experience for your guests and creates an experience they will always remember. Please be aware that bellydance is a cultural art form that takes many years to learn and cultivate. Tava’s elegant artistry is based on 14+ years of dedication and experience in a variety of settings. Tava’s bellydance performances are primarily in CT and NY but she periodically travels for performances. The date of your event (please book as far in advance as possible)
Type of event (please, no bachelor parties or any all-male event)
Venue information (banquet hall, private home, staged performance, etc…)
Cultural considerations (Tava can create a set that is a mix of Egyptian, Turkish, Lebanese, Greek, etc., or, she can focus on one style).
After the initial inquiry, Tava will send a contract to verify all details.
Rates for performances in NY, CT and NJ:
25-30 minute performance (standard): $250-$300 (travel fees apply beyond 30 mins from Fairfield County, CT). This performance includes an exciting entrance (wings, fanveils and finger cymbals), a balancing prop such as candle tray or sword, a dynamic fast-paced drum solo, and songs for audience participation. Your guests will be a part of the experience and will be encouraged to clap and dance, however, this is never forced upon an audience.
15 minute performance and 30-45 minute lesson: $350 for a mini show plus lesson (travel fees apply beyond 30 mins from Fairfield County, CT). This is great for bachelorette and birthday parties! Tava can bring “accessories” to get everyone in the right spirit for dancing.
Duet performances: start at $250 per dancer for a 30 minute set with two dancers ($250 each additional dancer/travel fees may apply). Duet performances add wow-factor and elegance to your event. Particularly for large groups, having two or more dancers helps ensure that everyone in the audience is entertained and the performance value is elevated. Duets are often performed with Tava and top NYC bellydancer, Sira, who not only share a similar appearance but their style of dance blends well together; each having a dynamic and soulful presence.

Live band: (fee ranges) Tava can arrange live music to be part of your event. She has a network of musicians that she regularly performs with. Fee varies depending on size of band, PA rental, etc.
